Probably the best performance from Berwick all season. After Kings Lynn beat Edinburgh the night before it looked certain the Berwick would loose and loose by quite a large amount. But no Berwick tried their hardest and fought all the way to the very last heat where they sadly lost the match.

Heat 1 : Tomas Topinka went to an instant lead easily winning over Berwicks Stanislaw Burza. Third place went to Kings Lynns, Chris Mills. Jamie Robertson fell off but continued racing and finished in fourth place. Giving kings lynn a 4-2 advantage in the first race.
